Guest: Ardran Hawkeye of Nimrodel

A lot of hunters have been dressing in natural colours, to blend within the environment surrounding them. Today we are breaking this rule. In the depths of Moria or dungeons of Dol Guldur a hunter no longer needs to mask his presence. Ardran Hawkeye knows that and to show the true hunter's nature, he dyed his leather armour bright red. Nevertheless he's not the target as it might seem, but an inevitable source of doom for his enemies.

Chest: Trapsetter's Jacket, red dye (Moria level 60 hunter purple set)
Legs: Leggings of the Swiftarrow, red dye (Moria level 60 hunter purple set)
Head: Dornhador's Helm, red dye (Quest: The Wolves' Master)
Shoulders: Trapsetter's Shoulders, red dye (Moria level 60 hunter purple set)
Hands: Gauntlets of the Swiftarrow, red dye (Moria level 60 hunter purple set)
Feet: Boots of the Swiftarrow, red dye (Moria level 60 hunter purple set)
Back: Cloak of Mordirith's Bane, default dye (Quest: Volume I Epilogue - Laerdan's Parcel)

  1. Oh nooooes! The cloak! The cloak! He used the unusable cloak! Otherwise, great outfit. The armour is also available as the Golden Wood crafted armour from Lothlorien. It fits well with the helmet (which by the way isn't mentioned in the pieces list).

  2. my bad about the headgear - i copypasted list of pieces wrong, omitting the helm 0:) i added it.

anyway, i agree about the unusable cloak, but ardran made it look almost good :D hymne, maybe we could make a challenge with devonna about using the Cloak of Mordirith's Bane so that it actually looks good :) i think this guy showed us it's possible :)

  3. Oh that sounds like a plan! Though I still have to do something about the Woodruff's Hat. The unusable cloak seems like an easier challenge almost :S

  4. i was looking at devonna's challenge with woodruff's hat some time ago, but quite frankly i thought her hobbit lass outfit was simply unbeatable :D maybe one day i'll get back to it.
