Guest: Daerundros of Laurelin

Daerundros said about her outfit: "Gold and white are a color combination that often fits together in harmony, like two sides of the same coin. A mixed blend of items, this outfit is designed to provide comfort while still retaining grace and elegance. After a few months of not coming up with any suitable outfits, I got bored of an old outfit I did for Daerundros and decided to create a new one in more brighter, cheerier colours. I like to think this is the type of outfit one would wear outdoors on a sunny day in Rivendell or Lothlórien. The shoulder pads are perhaps the most attention-attracting element for the outfit, as they are arguably the most striking feature. I intended that from this point on the rest of the outfit would come to the viewer's attention, as one looks down at the chest piece, then the gauntlets, then the leggings, and finally, the boots, all of them heavily accented with stylized elven features. It is heavily inspired by the Golden Mallorn trees of Lothlórien, but also pays tribute to the white city of Gondolin."

Daerundros is a very stylish elven lady, who has submitted some very elegant outfits in the past. Now she's back with very noble attire for her huntress.

Please let us know what do you think about the outfit in comments, or simly rate below the post's title :)

Guest: Daerundros of Laurelin

An outfit so sickeningly cute and revolting, it is no wonder that the person who wears it is constantly ridiculed and shamed for his bad taste in fashion. It was offered as a Lottery sweepstake prize and landed in the hands of the unknowing Daerundros, who was forced to wear this outfit an entire day. Shame and embarassment followed as her fellow elves laughed at her the entire day, and she breathed a sigh of relief as the day was over and she could change into her normal clothes.

Daerundros said about her outfit: "I decided to do something with the pre-order cloaks from Moria, the first being Selarthil's outfit with Cloak of Durin's crown. I quite liked how it turned out to be one of the wackiest outfits I have ever created. My friends thought it looked revolting and disgusting, but it was a true goldmine of jokes I tell you! Here we have an angry and reluctant Daerundros posing, obviously not pleased, for the camera. She smashed the camera after photoshooting was finished."

Chest: Elven Shirt of Fate, turquoise dye (world drop; also available from Light armoursmith in Rivendell)
Legs: Heavy Padded Leggings, rose dye (T2 crafted)
Feet: Strong Calenard War-boots, turquoise dye (T7 crafted)

Guest: Gwendolen of Laurelin

Dunlendings have seldom been seen within the lands of Bree, and rarer so even in the Far North. However, outcast Gwendolen, fleeing for rebelling against the White Hand, shows her Boar-clan heritage in style with this savvy outfit dedicated to the Tûrch-gwirod. She considers herself Dunland's best huntress, which is at least partly true.

Gwendolen (whose other characters' outfits were also featured: 1, 2) said about her outfit: "Dunlendings have seldom been seen within the lands of Bree, and rarer so even in the Far north. She considers herself Dunland's best huntress, which is at least, partly true."

Guest: Selarthil of Laurelin

Selarthil, descendant of Avari, has recently been welcomed back to the culture of the Eldar after abstaining for around three thousand years. To show her pride in being different, despite being somewhat shunned for her strange looks, Selarthil wanders around Rivendell and Lindon in stylish Windan Avarin fashion garbs. She dons the favorite colours of her kin; navy paired with a slightly dulled purple. The garbs look otherworldly and strange to the Eldar, and it really is an eyecatcher among the sea of Elves. The cloak on her back demonstrates the hills and grasslands of Rhûn, once a testament of friendship between Easterlings and Windan Avari, but that friendship has long since gone.

Selarthil (whose other character's attire was also featured here) said about her outfit: "I was inspired by the beautiful Calenard boots and gloves. They seemed perfect, so I grabbed cheap pairs off the auction hall and threw them into my wardrobe and voi-la! Due to my habit of buying tops and bottoms that have identical styles, I'd wager it looks slightly boring, but thanks to the gloves and boots, I'm pretty sure they look much better! The cloak matches the color of the shirt and leg accents, so I used that too."

Chest: Elven Cloth Jacket, default dye (Light armoursmith in Rivendell)
Legs: Elven Cloth Pants, default dye (Light armoursmith in Rivendell)
Shoulders: Footman's Shoulderpads, navy dye (T6 crafted)
Hands: Vibrant Calenard Battle Gauntlets, navy dye (T7 crafted)
Feet: Strong Westfold Battle Boots, navy dye (T7 crafted)
Back: Cloak of Durin's Crown, default dye (Moria pre-order)

The Spirit of Gondolin lives on in the Noldor, particularly Daerundros, who honours her mother, a member of the House of the Swallow, by donning the White Colours of Gondolin in the Wilderness. With her bow and her quiver full of the Silver Arrows of Gondolin, servants of the Enemy and any who dare to contradict this fierce Archer be wary; Her shots almost never miss.

Daerundros said about her outfit: "I wanted to create an outfit that resembles the splendour and glory of Gondolin while still retaining a slightly rusty woodland look. I was really pleased with how it turned out." Are you? Let us know in the comments!
